In the summer of 1991 I spent some time in Halifax busking along the wharf at the Historic Properties. I earned my first real paid gig there and more or less cut my teeth as as singer-songwriter on the Nova Scotia scene in the years to come, especially 1994-1995.
So it’s an amazing feeling to be returning, all these years later, to play a solo version of my show, The Northwest Passage in Story and Song. The the marvellous Maritime Museum of the Atlantic is just steps from that storied wharf, and brimming with history and seafaring lore.
Looking forward to a wonderful night!
